What information will I need to provide you?

In order to provide you with followers/likes, all we ask is that you give us your Instagram username or photo URL and an email address where we can reach you. It’s a quick, hassle-free experience. The process of sending you followers/likes will begin within, at a maximum, 30 minutes after payment.

Will I need to give you my password ?

Best Social takes privacy concerns very seriously and we would never consider asking you for it. Your peace of mind is one of our priorities and we highly encourage you to never give personal information, including passwords, to any third party.

If I purchase followers, will I have to follow them back?

When you purchase followers, all that is left for you to do is to continue posting interesting and lively content to keep them active on your page. If you are not active on your page, some followers may opt to unfollow you but you will never be expected to follow them in return.

Why is that my account needs to be set public?

To successfully send you followers, likes, and comments, our system must have access to your profile and can only have that access if it is set to public.

Is that possible to be issued a refund ?

The only circumstance in which you will receive a refund is if we do not deliver your order within the given time in which you first placed your order. However, if your order has been delivered promptly and completely, we will not issue a refund.

If I change my mind after I complete my order, Can I cancel it and get refund ?

We give refunds only if we have not yet placed an order. If your order is in the queue or being processed, your order has been placed and therefore we cannot refund you.

How quickly will I receive the followers/like/comment I\'ve ordered?

You can see the estimated shipping time while you decide to add the product to your cart or buy it directly. We will immediately process your order as soon as we receive your payment, though.

When I place an order, am I paying a one-time or a monthly fee?

There is no need to fret; all of our service packages are a one-time fee. No recurring charges will be applied to your account.
